1. No Physical Products

Our platform is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that provides digital tools for managing Cash on Delivery (COD) operations. Since we do not sell or ship physical goods, there are no product returns.

2. Subscription Payments

All payments made for subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, or add-ons are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to test the platform during the trial period to determine if it meets their needs before making a payment. Once a paid subscription begins, it is non-refundable.

4. Service Issues

If you experience technical problems or service interruptions, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional cases.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.
